Dear Exhibitor,
On behalf of the Southeast Regional Local Emergency Planning Committee (SERLEPC), Thank you for your interest in participating as an exhibitor in the 17th Annual 2026 Hurricane Workshop/Safety Fair. Remember, this free event is open to the Southeast Houston area community. It will occur at the Pasadena Convention Center from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 6, 2026.
We will have a Special Guest as our Keynote speaker from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m.
This event is specifically for the general public, so activities will be provided for children and adults. Representatives from the chemical/petrochemical industry will also be present. We suggest you make your booth interactive to make it enticing for people to visit.
- We have 46 indoor booths assigned. Please check in at the front entrance tables to find your booth location.
- There will be a free hospitality room with breakfast for all vendors, first-come, first-served.
- Hot dogs/nachos and refreshments will be provided for lunch while they last.
- The booth space is 10x10. A table, two chairs, and curtain separators have been provided. Most of you will have signs with your company name.
- Vendors can set up from Friday, June 5th, from 1 PM to 5 PM or Saturday morning, June 6th, at 8 AM.
