Membership Contributions
Without the help of facilities, the SERLEPC would not be able to continue providing services to our communities. Our partnership with industrial facilities and local governments is important for the development of emergency planning. In the event of a chemical incident and to increase citizen awareness of Industry protection measures through our community education projects. The SERLEPC provides services for the contiguous areas within the jurisdictions of the Cities of El Lago, Nassau Bay, Pasadena, Seabrook, Taylor Lake Village and Webster. It also includes the Pasadena Industrial District as defined by the LaPorte LEPC and former Bay Area LEPC boundary descriptions and the Pasadena Industrial District located along State Highway 225. Contributions have allowed the SERLEPC to continue to perform its Mission.

2023 Donations
On Dec 13, 2023, the Southeast Local Emergency Planning Committee donated funds to Pasadena Fire Department "Toys for Tots", and the Pasadena Police Department "Officer Santa" toy drives at the Pasadena Convention Center.
This time of year can be especially hard to those in need. Because of donors like you that we can continue our work and extend a helping hand to those who find themselves facing difficult times during this season. Your support not only aids in providing immediate assistance but also brings hope and a sense of community to those we serve. It is a powerful reminder that they are not alone and that there are people like you who care and are willing to help. Thank you for standing with us and for your commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others

2023 Mobile Command Trailer Rally
On Dec 7, 2023, the second UASI Mobile Command Rally was held at the Campbell Hall in Pasadena Texas.
This event allowed regional agencies the opportunity to display their mobile command units and emergency response assets. All first responder agencies and industry partners were welcomed. Partners with emergency response assets were encouraged to bring their equipment to display. The Southeast Regional Local Emergency Planning Committee sponsored lunch.

2023 Food Drive
On November 15th, 2023, the City of Pasadena held a food drive at the Pasadena Convention Center. All donated can goods were given to the following recipients:

*Sarah's House
*South Avenue Baptist Church
*Sunset United Methodist Church
*The Bridge Over Troubled Waters

2023 Hurricane Safety Fair and Workshop
On behalf of the Southeast Regional Local Emergency Planning Committee, thank you for participating in our 14th annual 2023 Hurricane Workshop and Safety Fair. It was a valuable event for our community, and we appreciate your willingness to offer your information, services, and time during the event. We received many positive comments from the staff and community members about the meaningful experience this event was for everyone who attended. Our success was in no small part due to experts such as you who could answer questions, disseminate information, and administer informative screenings.
Your time and dedication and continued support you gave to this event is what makes this successful through such programs as this annual Hurricane Workshop & Safety Fair to perform our mission:
To improve hazardous materials preparedness within our community through cooperative public-private partnerships.

Purpose: To carry out for the jurisdictional and certain extra territorial jurisdictional areas listed in Article II.D (the Emergency Planning District) those responsibilities required of the SERLEPC pursuant to Public Law 99-499, Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (SARA), Title III, hereinafter referred to as “The Act”, and related regulations. There can be major types of hazards that can affect the area live in. It's important to be informed and be prepared.
