Dear Exhibitor,
On behalf of the Southeast Regional Local Emergency Planning Committee (SERLEPC), I would like to invite you to participate as an exhibitor in the 8th Annual 2017 Hurricane Workshop/Safety Fair. This is a free event that is open to the Southeast Houston Area Community. This event will take place at the Pasadena Convention Center from 10 am - 2 pm on Saturday, June 4, 2016.
Tim Heller from KTRK ABC 13 News will be our Keynote speaker from 1 - 2 pm.
Activities will be provided for children and adults. There will be representatives from the chemical/petrochemical industry as well. We highly suggest you make your booth interactive so that it is enticing for people to visit your booth.
· Booth space is provided FREE and is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. We have 60 indoor booths available, and plenty of room outdoors for equipment and apparatus displays and interactive outdoor activities.
· There will be free hotdogs and refreshments.
· Booth space is 10x10. A table and 2 chairs will be provided along with curtain separators.
· If you need electricity, please mark this on your Registration Form.
